So, I'm doing some research on what alcohol's are available out there in the nether regions of the other side of the globe, and I wonder if anyone there wants to chime on in on what alcohol they drink in China?
I lived in Bangkok for a couple of years, and they had the usual stuff, but I wonder what has made it to China. American bourbon, by chance? American alcohol in general?
Anyway, if anyone off of the top of their head would like to reply about what they see on the shelves, I'd certainly appreciate it.
Thanks, Y'all.

Thu, April 26, 2007 - 7:01 PMYeah, it's all here, bt you pay a pretty penny for it! There is a grocery store in Shanghai called City Shop, and they'll pretty much import anything people ask for. But, really it's not worth the money. I'd rather buy the Chinese brands and get used to it than pay too much for American luxuries! The bars are pretty well stocked on imported alcohols too. Most bars cater to the ExPat scene.
Kaluah
Skyy Vodka
Budweiser
Bacardi
Absolute
Baileys
Busch
Corona
Captain Morgan's
I'm not much of a Bourbon drinker, but wouldn't be surprised to find it here.
